Hereby Verus consilium d.o.o. also informs that you have the right to access all given personal data, as well as their correction, the right to subsequently withdraw previously given consent, in part or in full, and the right to object to the processing of personal data for the purpose of providing information about products or services.

When registering or ordering on our website, as the case may be, you may be asked to enter your or other information to help us enable you to experience the use of our website in the right way.

We collect personal data as follows:

When registering to use our services, namely: name and surname, e-mail address, date of birth, etc.

When applying to our team of medical doctors: name and surname, e-mail address, mobile phone number, title, license number, specialization/specialty

When sending inquiries to our team of doctors: name and surname, e-mail address, findings, and documentation that you decide to send us.

If you give us your consent, we will send you an e-mail newsletter with information about our service and news.

When using the Doct application, the information that you decide to provide us, such as the child’s name, date of birth, medical documentation, etc.

We will also use your personal information to process the payment of the amount you are required to pay to use the app. Sometimes you will be entitled to a refund, so we will use this personal information for this purpose as well.

In case you submit a complaint, reclamation, or inquiry to us.

Through consent for direct marketing, which can be given, for example, by e-mail or directly by signing the consent form.

In the event that we process your data on the basis of consent, if you revoke the given consent, we will stop processing your data and will no longer use them for the given purposes, but this may result in the inability to use some additional benefits related to them.

HOW DO OUR WEBSITES HANDLE DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS?

SECURITY OF PAYMENT BY CREDIT / BANK CARDS

Verus consilium d.o.o. will treat your personal data in accordance with all applicable regulations governing the protection of personal data with the application of appropriate technical and security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or destruction.

Verus consilium d.o.o. keeps the confidentiality of your personal data and allows access and communication of personal data only to those employees who need it to carry out their business activities, and to third parties only in cases expressly prescribed by law or given your consent.

FINAL PROVISIONS

In order to comply with the requirements of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (GDPR, REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL OF 27 APRIL 2016) and other applicable regulations, this Privacy Policy has been updated and amended on May 18, 2022.
